Business Analyst OCM

Ensure production systems are available and operating according to defined service level agreements. Drive incident and outage resolution with clear and timely communication. Facilitate the restoration of service to the production environment efficiently. Establish and maintain disaster recovery procedures to safeguard operations. Maintain data retention practices in alignment with organizational standards.

HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

Expert proficiency in Business Process Design. Advanced proficiency in Requirements Analysis. A minimum of 1 of experience in relevant related skills. Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.
