As a Data Scientist, you will play a crucial role in our AI-Delivery team, working on cutting-edge projects and initiatives. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing AI solutions to address complex business challenges. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, machine learning engineers, and business analysts, to ensure the successful delivery of AI-powered products and services. Your expertise in Python and AI tools, coupled with a strong background in Gen AI, will be instrumental in driving our AI strategy forward.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement AI models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
  • Collaborate with data engineers and machine learning engineers to design and optimize data pipelines and AI architectures.
  • Conduct thorough data analysis and exploration to identify patterns, trends, and insights.
  • Build and maintain robust, scalable, and production-ready AI systems.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate AI tools and technologies based on project requirements.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and Gen AI, and incorporate them into our practices.
  • Document and communicate AI project progress, challenges, and achievements to stakeholders.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical considerations in AI development.
  • Continuously improve AI processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in a data science or AI-related role.
  • Expertise in Python programming and AI tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
  • Strong background in Gen AI, including understanding of large language models and their applications.
  • Experience in developing and deploying AI models in production environments.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, machine learning algorithms, and statistical techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills to effectively convey complex concepts.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) is preferred.
