Position Summary

The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and support of the Salesforce platform. This role partners closely with Business Analysts and stakeholders to evaluate business requirements and translate business needs into scalable solutions while maintaining data integrity, system usability, and platform performance.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 3+ years of Salesforce Administration experience
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • Strong experience designing, building, and troubleshooting Salesforce Flow automation
  • Experience configuring standard and custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts, Lightning record pages, and validation rules
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security and record access, including roles, sharing rules, permission sets, and object- and field-level security
  • Experience building reports and dashboards
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to evaluate business requirements, identify gaps, and recommend appropriate Salesforce solutions

Preferred:

  • Experience with Experience Cloud
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations and connected systems
  • Familiarity with data management tools such as DemandTools
  • Experience with Salesforce release management, sandbox environments, source control, or DevOps tooling
  • Experience supporting a complex Salesforce environment

Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain Salesforce, including objects, fields, record types, Lightning pages, validation rules, security, and Flow automation
  • Partner with Business Analysts and stakeholders to evaluate requirements, identify gaps or technical considerations, and translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions
  • Recommend simpler or more maintainable approaches when proposed solutions may introduce unnecessary complexity or technical debt
  • Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and provide day-to-day user support
  • Maintain data quality through validation, deduplication, data management, and established governance practices
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support business needs
  • Participate in testing, release, deployment, and post-release validation activities
  • Document system changes and follow established Salesforce governance, security, and development standards
