Full description
Build, implement, and troubleshoot information systems within the Microsoft technology stack, including Microsoft Azure cloud technologies. Monitor and respond to system problems, provide technical support on existing and emerging technologies, and plan and execute technology projects, tasks, and initiatives. Research and report on new technologies and their potential value to the organization.
This position requires full-time on-site support.
Other duties may include but are not limited to:
· Azure and Active Directory Management
o Managing user accounts, group policies, permissions, and access controls within Active Directory and Office 365
o Maintenance and ongoing development of automation and continuous build/integration/deployment infrastructure for multiple environments; write, build and deploy scripts using PowerShell and other utilities to improve efficiency
· Network Administration
o Monitoring network performance, troubleshooting connectivity issues, familiar with network protocols, firewalls, and network infrastructure
o Managing network security
· Software Deployment
o Installing, updating, and patching applications across EEOC’s network
· Workstation Security
o Implementing security policies, monitoring security threats, and managing system hardening procedures
· User Support/Troubleshooting
o Providing technical support to end-users including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up user accounts, and resolving connectivity problems
o Provide technical support to end-users Microsoft applications and systems and diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to Microsoft products and systems
