Your Challenge

Besedo is looking for a Product Manager to work on and scale our core moderation platform and our Agentic workflows . Reporting directly to the CTO, this Stockholm-based hybrid role is not a feature-focused product role. You’ll work at the intersection of

• ML and LLM systems

• Client‑facing product

• Adversarial environments (fraud, abuse, spam)

This role sits at the intersection of clients, commercial teams, and technology. As a key bridge between customer challenges and Besedo's product and engineering teams, you will help translate real-world Trust & Safety problems into scalable product solutions that create value for both our customers and the business.

What you`ll drive

• The end‑to‑end automation moderation workflow

Balancing:

• Automation (ML)

• Agentic systems (LLMs)

• 3rd party integrations

Core product surfaces, including:

• Decisioning logic

• Policy systems

• Client‑facing controls and transparency

• New Trust & Safety capabilities and analytics

Key Responsibilities

• Help define how Implio evolves from rule‑based systems to ML‑driven and agentic systems.

• Contribute to product strategy through practical decision‑making (not only slide decks)

• Own the product roadmap, together with CTO, for Besedo's moderation platform, balancing core content moderation with the growing focus on AI-driven fraud detection, analytics and compliance.

• Gather requirements from T&S customers across European markets and turn them into prioritized features.

• Work with engineering/AI teams to improve moderation accuracy and fraud-detection performance, and define success metrics (accuracy, false-positive rates, turnaround time).

• Track the competitive landscape in trust & safety and fraud prevention to inform positioning.

• Support sales with product input and insights.

• Work closely with partners across Besedo to align product direction with:

• Operational realities

• Model capabilities

• Client needs

System Design & Coherence

• Approach moderation as a system, not a set of individual features, covering:

• Policies

• Signals

• Decisions

• Feedback loops

• Support consistency across:

• ML & LLM outputs

• Human decisions

• Client expectations

Metrics & Feedback Loops

• Take responsibility for core metrics such as:

• Precision and recall

• Cost per moderated item

• Latency and SLA adherence

• Help build reliable ground‑truth and feedback pipelines

• Focus on metrics that reflect real‑world outcomes rather than surface‑level reporting

What this role focuses on

• Thinking in flows, trade‑offs, and constraints rather than individual features

• Comfort working with ambiguity, including:

• Noisy data

• Subjective or evolving definitions of “truth”

• An adaptive approach as fraud and abuse patterns continue to change

What this role is not

• Not a backlog‑only delivery role

• Not focused purely on UX or growth

The expertise you’ve built

5+ years of experience in product management and experience in at least one of the following areas:

• ML‑powered or data‑driven products

• Trust & Safety or moderation systems

• Fraud, risk, or abuse platforms

• High‑scale B2B SaaS environments

Experience from adjacent domains or non‑linear career paths is welcome.
