About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Machine Learning / AI Engineer to help design, build, test and deploy machine learning and AI-based systems for our BullzAI product line.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with real-world data, building practical AI systems, and turning machine learning concepts into reliable software features.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, train, evaluate and improve machine learning models.

• Work with structured and unstructured data from high-speed, high-throughput systems.

• Develop supervised and unsupervised machine learning approaches.

• Research, design and prototype deep learning models where appropriate.

• Prepare datasets, engineer features and validate model performance.

• Support model deployment, monitoring, versioning and continuous improvement.

• Work with software developers to integrate models into product environments.

• Help define scalable and maintainable AI/ML development practices.

• Document model design, assumptions, results, limitations and operational requirements.

• Communicate model behaviour and results clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

 

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience building machine learning models for real-world applications.

• Strong experience with Python and common machine learning frameworks.

• Strong understanding of supervised learning, unsupervised learning, classification, anomaly detection and model evaluation.

• Experience preparing datasets, engineering features and validating model performance.

• Ability to write clean, reliable and maintainable code.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work with incomplete, noisy or complex real-world data.

• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.

Nice to Have

• Experience with authentication, identity, cybersecurity, behavioural analytics or anomaly detection.

• Experience with deep learning, neural networks or sequence modelling.

• Experience with MLOps, model monitoring, model deployment or feature stores.

• Experience with GenAI, LLMs, RAG or prompt engineering.

• Experience working with APIs, production software systems or real-time scoring environments.

• Experience working with high-volume or low-latency data environments.
