Full description

We are looking for a senior external React Developer who can design and deliver modern, accessible and production-ready web applications, establish sound front-end engineering practices and coach other developers.

Role and engagement model

  • Act as the senior React engineering specialist within a cross-functional Customer Platforms team.
  • Own front-end solution components from technical design through implementation, testing, deployment and stabilization.
  • Provide practical guidance on architecture, code quality, reusable patterns and integration with Microsoft cloud services.

Key responsibilities

  • Design and build responsive React applications and reusable component libraries using TypeScript.
  • Apply modern React patterns including functional components, hooks, state management and modular architecture.
  • Integrate front ends with REST APIs and Microsoft services using secure authentication and authorization patterns.
  • Implement automated unit, component and end-to-end tests and support quality gates in CI/CD pipelines.
  • Optimize applications for accessibility, browser compatibility, performance, observability and maintainability.
  • Conduct code reviews, identify technical debt and guide sustainable remediation.
  • Collaborate with UX, architects, backend developers and business stakeholders.
  • Create concise technical documentation and transfer knowledge to internal developers.

Mandatory experience

  • 7+ years of software development experience with substantial recent delivery experience in React and TypeScript.
  • Proven ownership of production React applications and scalable front-end architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of component design, state management, API integration and asynchronous programming.
  • Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks and front-end build tooling.
  • Experience with Git, pull requests, code reviews, Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of accessibility, responsive design, performance and secure web development.
  • Professional English and the ability to explain technical decisions clearly.

Preferred experience

  • Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Azure App Service, Azure Functions or API Management.
  • Experience integrating React applications with Dataverse, Dynamics 365 or Power Platform solutions.
  • Experience with design systems, UI libraries and application telemetry.
  • Experience with Software Test
