We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a FX Product Manager.
In this role you will:
- Own and drive the end-to-end FX business for retail clients, with full accountability for growth and performance in alignment with key stakeholders, namely, RMs/FX Specialists/Investment Specialists.
- Drive growth across the full retail FX product suite, including cash FX, Dual Currency Investments (DCI), gold, and other structured and investment-linked FX avenues
- Identify and develop new FX opportunities and product avenues to diversify and deepen retail FX offering.
- FRP planning and stakeholder management will be critical in this role that requires challenge, align and commit to target setting and planning for the FX growth.
- Lead and actively contribute to commercial campaigns and strategic projects that grow the FX book.
- Identify and implement ways to use AI tools and data-driven insights to improve client targeting, product positioning, and business efficiency
Commercialization:
- Lead the planning of campaigns, feature launches, and go-to-market initiatives to grow FX penetration and wallet share, collaborating with Digital, Marketing, Platform, and Technology teams.
- Collaborate closely with product, marketing, risk, and sales teams to bring campaigns and initiatives to life
- Stay on top of FX market trends, client needs, and competitor activity to spot new growth opportunities
Platform Management and Delivery Support:
- Support platform enhancements, ensuring smooth execution and timely issue resolution.
- Maintain and improve local operating procedures, controls, and documentation to ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and risk control standards.
- Collaborate with technology and operations teams to identify opportunities for digitization and automation, simplifying processes and enhancing the client experience
Marketing and Training Support:
- Deliver presentations and provide training for Relationship Managers (RMs) and specialists following the launch of new platforms or projects.
To be successful you will need:
- Solid experience in Foreign Exchange business, including a strong understanding of FX derivatives with a good understanding of the regulatory framework governing FX and retail banking products, ensuring business growth stays compliant and risk-aware
- Eligible for registration under the MAS Representative Notification Framework (RNF)
- A track record of driving commercial results in a client-facing or business-growth role - strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable influencing across function
- Genuine curiosity about AI and technology, with a willingness to actively use it to drive smarter decisions and growth.
- A team-player mindset — collaborative, supportive, and energized by shared wins
- Excellent communication and project management skills, self-starter attitude with the ambition and drive to take ownership and deliver results
