What you’ll do

As a Java Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, supporting, maintaining, and improving applications and microservices using Java 17 and Spring Boot. You will work throughout the application lifecycle, helping ensure the quality, performance, security, and availability of critical payment services.

What we’re looking for

• Experience developing and supporting applications using Java 17 or later.

• Experience with Spring Boot and microservices architecture.

• Knowledge of AWS.

• Experience with RabbitMQ and/or Kafka.

• Experience developing and executing unit tests.

• Knowledge of SonarQube or similar code-quality analysis tools.

• Experience with Shell Scripting and batch processes.

• Experience in change management, production support, and incident resolution.

• Experience working under Agile methodologies.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

• Bachelor´s degree un Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field.

• Availability to participate in occasional remote on-call rotations.

• Intermediate English proficiency.

• Responsible, committed, proactive, and collaborative attitude.

What can earn you extra points

• Knowledge of MongoDB.

• Experience with GraphQL and Swagger.

• Knowledge of Splitter.

• Previous experience in the banking, financial services, or payments industry.
