Product & Solutions Architect

Responsible for solutioning in alignment with Presales/Product Director. Drives the design and proposition of technical and services solutioning for ServiceNow engagements as per GTM strategy, bridging sales and delivery to convert opportunities into wins through credible technically sound proposals, technical defenses (with the client), road-mapping and demos.

A key contributor towards product development (Technical products and services packaging), in their respective domains, in alignment with GTM (Go to Market Strategy).

Key Responsibilities:

• Presales and Solution Design:

• Engage with customers to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.

• Own the solution propositions (technical and services) and implementation approaches/suitability.

• Deliver compelling demos of ServiceNow solutions tailored to customer needs (focused on functional value proposition).

• Lead effort estimation and sizing for ServiceNow engagements, aligned to the proposed implementation approach (methodology, team structure, phasing, and timelines) in presales cycle

• Draft, structure, and own technical proposals/Scope of Works for key ServiceNow deals, ensuring solution accuracy, feasibility, and competitive differentiation

• Deliver compelling technical defences - Defend proposals and solution architecture in client discussions, orals, and technical evaluation rounds – focused on value proposition and road mapping (for a cohesive win).

• Configuration and Implementation:

• Architect, Design, configure, and prototype ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, IRM, HR, and CSM.

• Build and maintain a library of demo assets, accelerators to speed up presale cycles

• Demonstrate eagerness and technical agility to explore new/adjacent ServiceNow modules and capabilities, quickly getting them demo-ready and functionally sound for client-facing presentations (ex. Other modules, or AI)

• Collaborate and be part of the delivery (on OnDemand bases) to lead the solutioning during the initial workshops and handover to the technical team.

• Ensure solutions are aligned with customer objectives and best practices.

• Support Sales/Bid Management:

• Respond to RFPs/RFIs with detailed technical solutions and effort estimations.

• Develop winning strategies for proposals, collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Customer Engagement and Communication:

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, showcase strong communication and presentation skills.

• Conduct workshops & discussions with stakeholders at various organizational levels.

• Collaboration:

• Support in managing and updating the presales demand board — tracking incoming opportunities, and ensuring timely allocation and closure

• Partner with sales to ensure solutions meet customer needs and expectations, shape win themes & differentiators, and improve conversion on key pursuits

• Act as a technical advisor across the deal lifecycle — from opportunity qualification through solution defence to handover for delivery

• Partner closely with the delivery team to guide and validate implementation feasibility and advise on realistic, deliverable solution approaches

• Partner with Delivery and collaborate with technical teams for proof of concepts and technical deep dives.

Required Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform, including architecture and integrations.

• Strong understanding of presales processes, including RFP responses and effort estimation.

• Certified application developer.

• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in atleast 3 areas of ServiceNow

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of the ITOM is a must. Risk & Security or Telco domains are preferred.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong hands-on/architectural knowledge of ServiceNow Platform and modules (CSM, ITSM , SOM, ITOM, ITAM (HAM/SAM))

• Strong stakeholder management — comfortable working across sales, delivery, and client stakeholders

• Prior experience in presales, solutioning, or pursuit management for enterprise deals

• Prior Delivery experience as a lead Architect.

• Ability to translate business requirements into effort estimates and delivery-aligned proposals

• Exceptional communication, presentation, storytelling, and objection-handling skills  

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects.

• Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders and drive business value.

• Self-starter attitude with curiosity to learn new ServiceNow capabilities and modules quickly

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow solution design, configuration, and presales.

• Demonstrated expertise in creating demos and responding to bids in a presale’s environment.

• Ability to deliver (Be engaged on Delivery – on demand)

Other information:

• This job might require at least 50% travel to the Middle East and Africa region.

• The interview process will include a demo with a presentation along with the solution architecture of a use case.
