Business Analyst

About the Role

As a Business Analyst, you will support business and technology transformation initiatives by bridging business needs with effective solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders, project teams, and subject matter experts to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and contribute to successful project delivery. This role offers opportunities to build domain expertise, enhance consulting capabilities, and drive meaningful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in business and technology transformation projects throughout the project lifecycle.

• Facilitate workshops, discussions, and stakeholder meetings to gather, analyze, and validate business requirements.

• Define project scope and document clear functional and technical requirements.

• Develop business, functional, and technical specifications to support solution design and implementation.

• Conduct business process analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.

• Support proof-of-concept activities, solution estimation, and conceptual design development.

• Collaborate with project teams to coordinate solution implementation and support change management activities.

• Apply business and industry knowledge to recommend practical solutions that align with project objectives

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Consulting, or a related discipline.

• Intermediate proficiency in Facilitation.

• Experience gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a collaborative environment.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

• Intermediate proficiency in Business Process Management.

• Intermediate proficiency in Business Requirements Gathering.

• Intermediate proficiency in Functional Analysis.

• Intermediate proficiency in Stakeholder Management.

• Advanced proficiency in Communication.

• Exposure to business transformation or technology-enabled projects.
