Following our first Technical Project Manager Bootcamp, we’re back with the 2nd Technical Project Manager Bootcamp at ATCOM, taking place on Tuesday, October 6, 2026.
This hands-on learning experience is designed for colleagues who want to build a solid foundation in Project Management within a technical environment, understand the role of a Technical Project Manager and get closer to the way projects are planned, coordinated and delivered at ATCOM.
What you’ll explore...Throughout the bootcamp, you’ll be introduced to:
- The core principles and fundamentals of Project Management
- The role and responsibilities of a Technical Project Manager
- How a project moves from requirements and planning to execution and delivery
- Planning, prioritization and effective time management
- Collaboration between technical, business and client-facing teams
- Stakeholder management and effective communication
- Identifying and managing project risks and challenges
- Practical examples inspired by real-life technical project scenarios
Who is it for?We’re looking for graduates of technical schools, colleges or universities with an educational background in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related technology field, who are interested in exploring the world of Technical Project Management.
To join the bootcamp, you should:
- Be a graduate of a technical school, college or university, with an educational background related to computers, IT, Computer Science or another relevant technology field
- Have a genuine interest in technology and Project Management
- Enjoy organizing, coordinating and working with different people and teams
- Have strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Be eager to learn how technical and digital projects are structured and delivered
- Be comfortable communicating in English
Previous Project Management experience is not required!
What matters most is your technical foundation, curiosity and motivation to develop your skills in Technical Project Management.
