1. Manage all on-site construction activities for the STATCOM project, ensuring safe, timely, and quality execution.
2. Coordinate civil, electrical, mechanical, control & protection, and commissioning teams to achieve project milestones.
3. Ensure execution is carried out in accordance with approved drawings, technical specifications, project schedules, and contractual requirements.
4. Monitor site progress, resource utilization, and productivity to ensure project objectives are achieved.
5. Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and site personnel, ensuring compliance with quality and HSE requirements.
6. Coordinate with the Project Manager, client, vendors, and local authorities on all site-related matters.
7. Ensure timely availability of manpower, materials, construction equipment, and tools.
8. Resolve site execution issues and coordinate engineering support for technical clarifications and design changes.
9. Conduct daily site review meetings and monitor critical activities to mitigate schedule risks.
10. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, permit requirements, and environmental guidelines.
11. Review and approve daily work plans, progress reports, and site documentation.
12. Support testing, commissioning, and project handover activities by ensuring construction completion and closure of punch points.
13. Maintain as-built records, site documentation, inspection reports, and handover dossiers for final project completion
