The Specialist I, Cybersecurity role supports IFF's global technology organization by delivering outcomes within cybersecurity. This position partners with business and technology stakeholders to drive operational excellence, innovation, governance, and continuous improvement. The role is expected to influence decisions appropriate to its level, solve complex problems, and contribute to the successful delivery of strategic initiatives.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or a related field.
- Advanced degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.

- Strong stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to deliver business outcomes.
- Expertise in the relevant domain, enterprise systems, and technology platforms.
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, documentation, and process improvement methodologies.
- Strong collaboration, communication, accountability, customer focus, problem-solving, adaptability, and continuous learning mindset.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, Scrum, ITIL, CISSP, CISA, CISM, ISO 27001, AWS, Azure, Snowflake, Databricks, Salesforce, SAP, or equivalent credentials are preferred.
