About the Role
As a Lead Analyst in FIG R&A team, you’ll will perform end to end Research & Analysis and credit management activities for complex FIG clients (Bank & NBFIs). Being part of global team who will be working with closely with Relationship & Risk managers.

What will your day look like?
As an Lead Analyst, you will:
- Prepare high-quality Annual Review Credit Memorandums (ARCM) for FI clients (both Banks and NBFIs with a focus on Insurance segment)
- Prepare Financial Monitoring Dairy Notes (FMDN), Risk Grade Review Events (RGREs) and other industry specific analysis in a timely and professional manner.
- In depth knowledge and adherence to internal group policies, procedures and processes.
- Personally develop and maintain strong working relationships with Business (RM's and R&A Associates) and Risk Executives to ensure all key risks are properly recognized and thoughtfully mitigated in credit proposals.
- Participate in relevant risk management forums and provide insightful updates to the forum about the portfolio and industry.
- Proven analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
- All other credit management activities as identified by the team from time to time.
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- 4+ years of relevant experience in FIG Research & Analysis with strong Credit Analysis skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality, governance, and process discipline.
- Sound risk awareness and judgement, including the ability to identify and appropriately escalate issues.
- Excellent communication and ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders
- Ability to work in a team environment, interfacing with team members, in-country teams, Relationship Managers, Risk team and clients.
