About the role

 

Calvary is seeking Clinical Data Developers to support our Chief Nurse and Clinical Governance.

You will be responsible for testing, deploying and documenting data solutions, ensuring data is accurate, reliable and accessible for end users. You will also analyse relevant datasets to identify insights and support informed decision-making.The successful candidate will have experience building dashboards in PowerBI and in analysing quality, safety and experience data, as well as a demonstrated capability in analysing care quality data, providing ad hoc reports and communicating findings.

 

 

Your main duties will include:

  • Build dashboards to support care quality, safety and experience
  • Perform manual analyses where data is not available for reporting through dashboards
  • Support Clinical Governance Initiatives
  • Coach and support Clinical Governance team members in learning how to analyse data and build reports

 

About you

 

Essential

  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree in a technology or clinically-related field with demonstrated extensive experience in building dashboards and reports in PowerBI.
  • Demonstrated experience in health or aged care.
  • Strong team collaboration skills, with the ability to partner with others to effectively develop and deliver new data assets and effective data governance.
  • Extensive understanding of clinical governance and management, including awareness of reporting, benchmarks and national standards.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on business needs.
  • Continuous learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.

Desirable

  • Experience as a clinician or care worker
  • General Knowledge of Health & Aged care applications
  • Experience in cloud BI and warehousing, including Power BI in the cloud
