Who we are looking for
As a Quality Assurance Engineer in Hardware System Team at Mujin, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of Mujin Controller and Mujin Pendant. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain robust testing processes, identify defects, and propose improvements. Your expertise in both software and hardware aspects of embedded systems will be essential for success in this role
Responsibilities
- Develop quality control processes and identify key performance indicators (e.g. FPY) to measure quality effectively.
- Establish internal quality standards
- Perform quality tests and maintain quality records
- Lead failure investigations, identify the root cause for non-conformance events, and propose corrective and preventive actions.
- Execute quality improvement tasks
- Provides training for internal qualification processes.
- Conduct regular process audits and maintain accurate documentation of audit findings.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in quality assurance for embedded systems.
- Strong understanding of embedded devices manufacturing process.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills in both Japanese and English.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for embedded systems quality assurance.
- Good understanding of software basics, including Python, C/C++, and bash scripting.

Work Hours
8:45 - 17:45 (with a 60-minute break)
