Job Summary
Provides entry-level support for all business systems, applications, and process improvement initiatives across key business functions, including day-to-day troubleshooting efforts. Develops foundational knowledge of organizational processes, business systems, and industry applications while working under the guidance of senior analysts and team leaders. Collaborates with stakeholders to understand business needs, support technology adoption, and align system capabilities with operational objectives. Gains experience in solution development, business process analysis, and user engagement while building the technical and analytical skills necessary for increased responsibility and independent decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Assists with the administration and monitoring of business systems to help ensure reliable functionality, data accuracy, and operational efficiency.
- Supports cross-functional teams and vendors in system maintenance, issue resolution, testing activities, and enhancement projects.
- Investigates basic system issues and user inquiries, escalating more complex problems as needed while contributing to resolution efforts.
- Participates in testing activities for system upgrades, patches, configuration changes, and new feature implementations.
- Provides first-level support to end users by answering questions, troubleshooting system issues, and assisting with training and adoption efforts.
- Maintains documentation related to business processes, system procedures, user guides, and support activities.
- Assists with gathering business requirements, documenting process changes, and supporting system improvement initiatives.
- Collaborates with senior analysts and team members to develop knowledge of business systems, tools, and best practices.
- Builds proficiency in system reporting, data analysis, troubleshooting techniques, and process documentation.
- Complies with all company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
