Senior Prospect and Systems Management Analyst - Hybrid

This position strategically supports the fundraising efforts of the Foundation through database management, reporting, analytics, and prospect management. The Senior Prospect and Systems Management Analyst will develop queries, reports, dashboards, and prospect lists; analyze fundraising and constituent data; support data quality and CRM improvements; and translate business needs into effective database solutions. Working with development officers, the Senior Prospect and Systems Management Analyst will establish regular cadences for portfolio reviews, moves management, and strategy review while ensuring plans, opportunities, assignments, and activities remain current in the CRM. In conjunction with Prospect Researchers, the Senior Prospect and Systems Management Analyst will help develop and maintain a robust prospect pipeline by identifying prospects through database analysis and new prospect sources and facilitating assignment to the appropriate prospect teams.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Journalism or Public Administration or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3 years Prospect management, fundraising, or philanthropy operations experience

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
