Who we are looking for
A hands-on, detail-oriented accounting professional with solid financial knowledge, strong follow-through skills, and the ability to work independently in a small-office, multinational environment. You will join our finance team in Barra da Tijuca, Rio de Janeiro.
What you will do
- Handle accounts payable processes, payment runs, vendor reconciliations, and vendor advances
- Prepare actual and projected cash flow reports and perform bank reconciliations
- Monitor expenses and analyze variances between actual results and budget
- Support treasury activities, petty cash, inventory, and fixed assets control
- Participate in the monthly closing process, including balance sheet reconciliations
- Approve administrative purchase requisitions and send daily payment confirmations
- Support administrative and office-related routines as required
- Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting – required
- Active CRC – required
- Previous experience in accounting and financial routines (4–5 years preferred)
- Experience working with ERP systems (MXM is a strong plus)
- Strong Excel skills
- Intermediate to advanced English – required
- Experience in multinational companies – an advantage
