Who we are looking for

A hands-on, detail-oriented accounting professional with solid financial knowledge, strong follow-through skills, and the ability to work independently in a small-office, multinational environment. You will join our finance team in Barra da Tijuca, Rio de Janeiro.

What you will do

  • Handle accounts payable processes, payment runs, vendor reconciliations, and vendor advances
  • Prepare actual and projected cash flow reports and perform bank reconciliations
  • Monitor expenses and analyze variances between actual results and budget
  • Support treasury activities, petty cash, inventory, and fixed assets control
  • Participate in the monthly closing process, including balance sheet reconciliations
  • Approve administrative purchase requisitions and send daily payment confirmations
  • Support administrative and office-related routines as required
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting – required
  • Active CRC – required
  • Previous experience in accounting and financial routines (4–5 years preferred)
  • Experience working with ERP systems (MXM is a strong plus)
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Intermediate to advanced English – required
  • Experience in multinational companies – an advantage
