As our Delivery Manager - Data, you'll play a pivotal role in keeping our Data & Tech function running smoothly—ensuring data requests from across the business are actioned in a timely manner and that data quality and integrity are maintained across our diverse business units.
Based in our Gurgaon office with a flexible hybrid work model, this is an opportunity to support the day-to-day operations of the Data Team, working closely with the VP Data & Tech and business units across Accor. You'll be the go-to person keeping data requests moving—managing incoming work across email, Zendesk, and Asana, keeping stakeholders informed, and helping the team continuously improve how data operations run.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day flow of data requests, ensuring they're assigned, actioned, and responded to in a timely manner
- Maintain data quality, integrity, and accessibility across business functions
- Keep leadership up to date on requests and task progress
- Partner with business units across Accor to understand and address their data needs
- Present data insights and recommendations to stakeholders as required
- Identify opportunities to improve data operations processes and workflows
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years in data operations, project management, or a related field, with a proven track record in task management across multiple channels and stakeholders.
- Technical Expertise: Working knowledge of data operations principles and best practices, with an understanding of data governance and privacy regulations.
- Business Acumen: Solid business analysis skills and an understanding of business processes, with the ability to engage confidently with people across all levels and functions.
- Communication & Problem Solving: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, strong presentation skills for executive-level reporting, and sound judgement on when to escalate issues. Comfortable managing communications across different time zones.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Data Management, or a related field.
