The Role We are looking for a Cloud & DevOps Engineer to support and lead the migration of applications, data, and infrastructure from on-premises environments to Microsoft Azure. The role involves working with technical stakeholders to assess existing environments, define migration strategies, and deliver secure, scalable, and automated cloud solutions. The successful candidate will design Azure landing zones, implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), build CI/CD pipelines, and ensure cloud solutions meet security, governance, and healthcare compliance requirements.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, including Azure Landing Zones, Azure Migrate, Azure Site Recovery, and Azure DevOps.
- Proven experience delivering cloud migration and modernization projects.
- Hands-on expertise in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines and migration automation.
- Strong understanding of Zero Trust security, Azure governance, and cloud security best practices.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes (AKS), and DevSecOps practices.
- Experience with FinOps and Azure cost optimization.
- Experience conducting application discovery, dependency mapping, gap analysis, and migration planning.
- Ability to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience facilitating workshops and working with multiple stakeholder groups.
- Experience in Financial Sector or Healthcare sector will be preferred.
- Ability to act as a bridge between operational stakeholders, and technology delivery teams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or MCA.
- Microsoft Azure Solution Architect Expert certification preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric will be preferred.
