Job Description
- Create engaging product positioning and technical learning experiences, including eLearning, workshops, presentations, demonstrations, webinars, guides, and hands-on activities.
- Translate complex cybersecurity capabilities into clear customer value, relevant use cases, competitive messages, and practical sales conversations.
- Work with Product Management, R&D, Sales, Training, and subject matter experts to ensure content is accurate, current, relevant, and aligned with business priorities.
- Deliver virtual and in-person learning sessions to technical sales teams and partners across different regions.
- Own learning initiatives from needs analysis and content development through delivery, feedback, improvement, and business impact.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in cybersecurity, networking, IT infrastructure, technical sales, sales engineering, product positioning, technical training, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity, networking, and enterprise technology.
- Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, credible, and engaging messages for both technical and business audiences.
- Experience creating or delivering content for technical sales, pre-sales, sales engineering, customer-facing teams, or channel partners.
- Excellent presentation, storytelling, facilitation, and written communication skills.
- Fluent English and the ability to collaborate effectively with global, cross-functional teams.
