About the Role

You will join a manufacturing-focused data team that supports digital products with reliable, scalable and well-structured data. In this role, you will combine analysis and engineering to help turn complex business needs into datasets, pipelines and insights that can be used in reporting and decision-making.

You will work closely with business stakeholders and product teams in an international environment where data quality, performance and usability matter. This is a great opportunity if you enjoy moving between business dialogue, hands-on development and data design in a modern data stack.

Job Description

  • You will analyze complex data and turn it into clear, usable analytical solutions for digital products.
  • You will design, build and improve data pipelines in Python and Databricks for large-scale data processing.
  • You will write and optimize advanced SQL for transformation, analysis and performance.
  • You will shape data models and analytical datasets that support reporting, analytics and consistent data quality.
  • You will work closely with business stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into robust data solutions.
  • You will contribute to structured development practices using Git-based version control and tools such as Azure DevOps or GitHub.
  • You will collaborate in Agile and SCRUM ways of working and help move several topics forward in parallel as priorities evolve.

Requirements

  • Strong skills in advanced SQL for complex analysis, transformation and performance optimization.
  • Strong experience with Python and Databricks, including data pipeline development and large-scale data processing.
  • Solid expertise in data modeling, including analytical datasets, reporting structures and data quality.
  • Experience with Git-based version control and DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps or GitHub.
  • Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into analytical and data solutions.
  • Fluent English for collaboration in an international environment.
  • Experience working in Agile / SCRUM teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple topics in parallel and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ability to complete a required background check before the assignment starts.
