DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• To create and implement marketing plans and promotional activities.
• To prepare annual forecast and promotion budget and decide on promotional strategies for each product responsibility.
• To develop promotional strategies, implement and control marketing activities within agreed budget in order to achieve the company’s goal.
• To acquire market information concerning competitors, market situation and utilize them to improve sales and marketing activities.
• To train sales force to have good product knowledge.
• To set up or organize group seminars or group presentations to customers.
Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical sciences or related field
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical product/consumers products or sales management will be an advantage
• Experience in FMCG (According to product portfolio)
• Creative, Initiative, Good Communication Skills
• Experience in writing marketing plans is preferable
• Good Command in English
• Computer Literacy
