Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end service delivery across Dynamics 365 F&O, CE, Azure, integrations, and data solutions.
- Build trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders and align services with their business objectives.
- Lead and coach the DevOps customer support team.
- Own SLAs, service performance, budgets, escalations, and continuous improvement.
- Lead Release & Change Management, including release governance, CAB processes, risk assessment and production deployments.
- Coordinate releases and resolve dependencies across functional and technical teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve and expand customer services.
- Contribute to service delivery standards and best practices within Managed Services.
When Are We a Match?
You have:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of relevant professional experience, including substantial experience within Microsoft Dynamics 365 and enterprise managed services.
- Senior-level Service Delivery Management experience in complex customer environments.
- Proven ownership of multiple services across Dynamics 365 F&O, CE, Azure, integrations, and data.
- Proven Release & Change Management experience, including release governance, CAB processes, and production deployment ownership.
- Experience managing SLAs, budgets, service quality, customer satisfaction, and escalations.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft cloud solutions and modern service management practices.
- Experience working with international customers and distributed delivery teams.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to support service growth opportunities.
- Fluency in English.
Strong advantages:

- Experience with Dynamics 365 One Version Management.
- ITIL certification or experience working for a Microsoft Partner.
