We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to help build the next generation of enterprise AI infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone who is technically curious, excels at translating customer needs into well-defined product requirements, and enjoys working closely with engineering teams to deliver impactful products.

You will collaborate with founders, engineering, design, sales, and customer-facing teams to define, prioritize, and launch product capabilities across an enterprise AI platform. The role focuses on emerging AI technologies, including agent orchestration, governance, deployment, observability, security, developer workflows, and enterprise controls.

This is a highly collaborative, execution-focused role where you'll help shape product strategy while driving end-to-end product delivery.

Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Discovery & Customer Research• Engage with enterprise customers and design partners to understand business challenges and AI infrastructure requirements.

  • Gather insights from technical users, platform teams, security teams, AI practitioners, and business stakeholders.
  • Identify recurring customer pain points and convert them into product opportunities.
  • Document workflows, user journeys, use cases, adoption barriers, and success metrics.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to understand customer needs throughout pilots and production deployments.

Product Requirements & Delivery• Create detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), feature specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release documentation.

  • Translate product vision into clear, actionable engineering requirements.
  • Partner with engineering teams during planning, development, testing, and release cycles.
  • Clarify feature requirements, edge cases, and implementation details throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Support QA activities, release readiness, and post-release feedback collection.
  • Ensure every release includes comprehensive documentation, demos, and internal knowledge sharing.

Roadmap & Prioritization• Support the development and refinement of the product roadmap.

  • Prioritize initiatives based on customer impact, business value, technical feasibility, and engineering effort.
  • Balance short-term customer requests with long-term platform strategy.
  • Define product milestones and help maintain predictable release schedules.
  • Bring structure and clarity to product decisions while maintaining execution speed.

Product Demos & Go-to-Market Support• Develop compelling product demonstrations that showcase platform capabilities.

  • Prepare release notes, product briefs, customer-facing documentation, and internal enablement materials.
  • Collaborate with sales and go-to-market teams to communicate product value, roadmap direction, and enterprise use cases.
  • Support customer presentations, pilots, and proof-of-concept engagements with product expertise.
  • Ensure external messaging accurately reflects current product capabilities and future direction.

Market & Competitive Analysis• Monitor trends across AI agents, generative AI, enterprise AI infrastructure, developer platforms, workflow automation, observability, governance, and security.

  • Conduct competitive research to identify product differentiation opportunities.
  • Summarize market insights into actionable recommendations for product and go-to-market strategy.
  • Stay informed about evolving enterprise AI adoption trends and emerging customer requirements.

Success in This RoleFirst 30 Days• Develop a strong understanding of the product, customers, roadmap, and technical architecture.

  • Participate in customer, sales, and product discussions to understand enterprise AI requirements.
  • Own documentation for selected product features and workflows.
  • Deliver high-quality product requirements for upcoming releases.
  • Support engineering teams by clarifying scope, priorities, and acceptance criteria.
  • Improve release documentation and product communication processes.

First 3 Months• Take ownership of defined product areas.

  • Translate customer feedback into shipped product enhancements.
  • Drive predictable product releases supported by strong documentation and stakeholder alignment.
  • Support enterprise customer demos, pilots, and product rollouts.
  • Identify product improvements and propose practical, scalable solutions.
  • Serve as a trusted bridge between customers, product leadership, and engineering teams.

Required Qualifications• 4–7 years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, developer platforms, AI/ML products, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, or technical software products.

  • Proven experience writing clear PRDs, feature specifications, user stories, and release documentation.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with engineering teams and understand technical trade-offs.
  • Experience conducting customer discovery and translating business problems into product solutions.
  • Excellent prioritization, organization, and execution skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environments with evolving priorities.

Preferred Qualifications• Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, workflow automation, or enterprise AI platforms.

  • Familiarity with APIs, cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, DevOps, observability platforms, security, or developer tools.
  • Experience working directly with enterprise customers, design partners, or strategic accounts.
  • Background supporting pilots, proof-of-concepts, or early customer deployments.
  • Experience creating product demonstrations, walkthroughs, and customer-facing documentation.
  • Previous experience in early-stage startups or zero-to-one product environments.
  • Strong technical curiosity and willingness to learn emerging AI technologies.
  • Comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve research, documentation, workflow automation, and product analysis.
