Business Analyst- Salem, OR - Remote- Part time

Role Summary

Business Analyst will support modernization initiatives by gathering and documenting business requirements, mapping processes, supporting solution assessment, testing, and implementation. Collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to translate business needs into actionable documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather requirements through interviews, workshops, document reviews, and research; create process maps, user stories, business rules, and functional requirements.

• Maintain current-state/future-state process maps, SOPs, requirements documentation, and traceability.

• Prepare and execute UAT test cases, document results, and communicate issues.

• Support end-user training, implementation activities, workflow assessments, and user feedback.

• Perform other duties supporting program goals and timelines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale modernization or enterprise initiatives.

• Knowledge of data governance, privacy, and security practices.

• Strong facilitation, project/change management, and stakeholder communication skills.

• Experience with relational/cloud data platforms and ability to translate technical concepts for business users.
