Why This Role Matters
We are seeking a talented and organized Temporary Junior Graphic Designer to join the Proposals team. This role will provide essential design and production support for high-value proposals, presentations, and pitch materials.
The Junior Graphic Designer will assist with creating visual mock-ups, editing and scanning images, maintaining the team’s image library, and refining proposals across Adobe InDesign, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Figma. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to produce polished work within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Assist with the creation of visual mock-ups for proposals, presentations, and other pitch materials.
- Edit, retouch, resize, crop, color-correct, and prepare images for print and digital use.
- Scan artwork images and supporting materials, ensuring files are accurately captured, labeled, and organized.
- Help maintain and organize the team’s image library, including sourcing, filing, tagging, and archiving visual assets.
- Format, refine, and clean up proposals in Adobe InDesign, ensuring consistency across typography, imagery, spacing, and layout.
- Support the production and formatting of presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint and Figma.
- Update existing templates and adapt layouts for individual clients, collections, and business opportunities.
- Incorporate design edits and stakeholder feedback accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct detailed quality-control checks to ensure all materials are visually consistent, accurate, and presentation-ready.
- Prepare and package final files for printing, digital distribution, and internal review.
- Maintain organized project files, templates, and design assets.
- Provide general design and production support to the Proposals team as needed.
What you’ll bring to the team
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in typography, layout, image editing, and presentation design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Figma.
- Experience with image scanning, retouching, file preparation, and digital asset organization.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities under tight deadlines.
- Collaborative, responsive, and comfortable incorporating feedback from multiple stakeholders.
- An interest in art, design, luxury, or culture is preferred.
