Cargo Strategic Partnerships Analyst (Business Systems)

About the Role:

Qatar Airways are pleased to announce an opportunity to join Cargo Strategic Partnerships department as Cargo Strategic Partnerships Analyst, based in Doha, Qatar.

You will play an important role in enabling the success and growth of Cargo Strategic Partnerships by serving as the primary link between business stakeholders and technology teams. The role is responsible for translating commercial and operational partnership requirements into effective system solutions that enhance business performance, improve operational efficiency, and support the delivery of strategic objectives.

Accountabilities include, but not limited to:

· Own the interface between the Cargo Strategic Partnerships business team and IT functions, translating commercial and operational needs into clear, structured system requirements and functional specifications.

· Gather, document and prioritize business requirements for system enhancements supporting partnerships operations

· Coordinate the design, testing and roll-out of system solutions (supporting UAT and validation).

· Troubleshoot system and data issues, working with IT teams to resolve gaps promptly and ensure data integrity

· Drive digitization and automation of commercial partnership processes, identifying opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy, and maintaining documentation of system processes and change requests.

· Being focal point for projects initiatives. You should be able to plan, coordinate and track system enhancement initiatives from requirement-gathering through design, testing and roll-out. Managing timelines, dependencies and stakeholders across business and IT teams to ensure solutions are delivered on schedule and to specification.

About you:

· Minimum 3 years of job related experience

· Understanding of cargo systems and partnership-related business processes is an advantage

· Experience in drafting business requirements, functional specifications, process documentation, and supporting system enhancement initiatives.

· Experience in system testing, UAT coordination, issue resolution, and working closely with IT and business stakeholders.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills, with a focus on digitization and automation.

· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
