The Weave Platform streamlines regulatory workflows from start to finish by intelligently, creatively, and effectively infusing every step with AI. Together with our customers, Weave is designing and building the AI workbench for the entire therapeutic lifecycle.

The Role & Your Mission

Weave is looking for a sharp, hands-on Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive go-to-market strategies that raise awareness, generate demand, and reduce sales cycles for our platform. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for shaping and communicating the Weave value proposition across channels and campaigns. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role, working closely across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and AI Engineering to turn big ideas into market wins.

What You'll Own

  • Customer & Market Insights: Be a funnel for customer insights, market research, and competitive intel, and a megaphone for our messaging and positioning based on that combined data.
  • Multimedia Content Development: Design, create, and edit multimedia content (reports, videos, landing pages, etc.) to deliver the Weave story and value prop across channels: email, social media, events, website, and more.
  • Sales Enablement: Equip Sales and Customer Success teams with the tools, training, and narratives needed to accelerate the buyer/user journey, deal velocity and rate of deal close/win. Play a key role in strategic partnerships, ensuring channel partners are equipped to share the Weave story and value prop efficiently and effectively
  • Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with the wider Marketing team to optimize omnichannel digital campaigns and high-value in person events.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product to understand the roadmap, developing proactive marketing strategies to drive adoption (MAU) and marketing influenced opportunities.
  • AI Tools: Experiment with the best AI tools available today, helping to design and execute the vision for an AI-native marketing function.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, with at least 2 years experience marketing to the life sciences industry.
  • Proven success launching B2B SaaS products in dynamic, high-growth settings.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise buyer journeys and decision-making processes, and the right marketing tactics for each stage and stakeholder.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear and compelling narratives.
  • Analytical thinking chops – you naturally break problems down into parts and know how to connect your work back to business outcomes.
  • Fluent in modern marketing technology with an opinion on the best tech stack for PMM.
  • Strong bias to action – you can work with anyone, lead with influence, and push through ambiguity to get things shipped.
  • High bar for creative output – you take pride in your work and the product you create.
