We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our Barbora Data Analytics team. If you’re passionate about turning data into actionable insights and want to work in a motivating, friendly, and ambitious environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
What you'll be doing:
- Building data models (AWS Redshift) and Power BI reports. We strive to automate as much as possible.
- Delivering ad‑hoc deep dives (monthly/weekly/urgent) to explain data/anomalies and recommend concrete actions.
- Examining sales trends, analyzing digital channel performance across the website and app, collaborating closely with the marketing and sales data analysts.
- Measuring performance across Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia by tracking core KPIs, assessing website and app improvements, evaluating the impact of marketing and other initiatives.
- Using your research materials to identify the right opportunities for business growth and branding.
- Owning end‑to‑end digital channel analytics: events tracking, funnel analytics, customer behaviour.
- Communicating insights clearly, keeping reporting reproducible.
What you'll need to succeed:
- 2+ years of experience in business analytics. Experience with digital data, including website and app events, is a plus but not required.
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, Quicksight, etc.). Power BI is a plus.
- Proficiency in SQL. Experience with Python, R, Matlab is a plus.
- Excellent English (written/spoken).
- Ownership and autonomy in a fast‑moving, result driven environment.

Salary:
Salary for this position ranges from 3500 EUR to 4200 EUR GROSS and depends on your experience.
