This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Manager, Digital Personalization & Product Discovery based in United States.
This is a strategic, data-led leadership role focused on creating more relevant and engaging digital experiences for customers.You will shape personalization and product discovery strategies across digital properties, using customer behavior and preferences to drive measurable growth.The role combines digital merchandising, analytics, experimentation, product strategy, and customer experience.You will own the product discovery testing roadmap and help evolve search, filters, recommendations, and personalized content toward best-in-class experiences.Working closely with Marketing, Analytics, Product, UX, Creative, and Technology teams, you will turn insights into scalable capabilities and actionable initiatives.Success will be measured through stronger engagement, conversion, Revenue Per Visitor, and customer lifetime value.This is a fully remote opportunity with direct leadership responsibility for a team of two Senior Analysts.

Accountabilities
- Define, execute, and continuously optimize data-driven personalization strategies that deliver relevant products, content, and messaging to targeted customers throughout their digital journey.
- Identify high-impact personalization opportunities across websites and apps, translating customer and behavioral insights into prioritized use cases and actionable roadmaps.
- Lead the optimization of product discovery across digital properties, including on-site search, filters, recommendations, and personalized experiences.
- Own the product discovery experimentation and testing roadmap, establishing priorities, coordinating partners, and driving continuous learning and improvement.
- Partner with Customer Marketing to align personalization priorities, customer segments, journeys, and use cases with broader commercial objectives.
- Drive measurable business outcomes, including increased Revenue Per Visitor, conversion, customer engagement, and lifetime value.
- Establish measurement best practices, dashboards, KPIs, and testing frameworks, partnering with data teams to analyze customer behavior, campaign performance, and site analytics.
- Collaborate with Analytics, Product, UX, Creative, Technology, and Site Merchandising teams to develop scalable, high-quality personalization capabilities and resolve cross-functional challenges.
- Act as the subject matter expert and strategic thought leader for personalization within Digital Merchandising, sharing best practices and identifying emerging opportunities and industry trends.
- Manage complex cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution, ensuring new capabilities deliver sustainable long-term value.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of two Senior Analysts, fostering strong analytical capabilities, collaboration, and professional growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in digital merchandising, personalization, e-commerce, digital marketing, analytics, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a strategic ownership, people leadership, or comparable management role.
- Deep understanding of digital personalization practices, technologies, and methodologies, including A/B testing and experimentation in omnichannel environments.
- Strong data-driven mindset with demonstrated ability to analyze complex datasets and translate findings into clear, actionable business recommendations.
- Proven ability to develop scalable digital strategies and roadmaps while partnering effectively with Product, Technology, Analytics, and external vendors.
- Experience driving complex, cross-functional initiatives and managing multiple stakeholders toward shared outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of digital product discovery, including search, recommendations, filters, merchandising, and personalization.
- Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), customer identity/customer ID frameworks, and personalization technologies is preferred.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, influencing, and project management skills, with the ability to translate complex analytical or technical concepts into business-oriented recommendations.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically while remaining highly execution-oriented and focused on measurable commercial impact.
