This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Infrastructure & Capital Projects – Financial Systems Analyst, ANS based in United States.
This remote role supports the day-to-day operation and continuous improvement of Deltek Vantagepoint financial systems. You’ll serve as a key point of contact for users, resolving issues, maintaining configurations, and keeping system workflows running smoothly. The position combines ERP support, data validation, reporting, integration testing, and process documentation. You’ll work closely with Finance, Payroll, HR, Operations, and technology stakeholders across a project-driven environment. The role offers exposure to enterprise financial systems and hands-on opportunities to develop ERP administration expertise. It is well suited to someone who is detail-oriented, process-minded, communicative, and eager to build a career in financial systems. You’ll also contribute to improving documentation, training, system reliability, and operational efficiency across the organization.

Accountabilities
- Provide first-line support for Deltek Vantagepoint users, triaging and resolving inquiries within scope, escalating complex issues appropriately, and documenting solutions for future reference.
- Monitor Deltek process queues and system performance, identify anomalies, and escalate potential issues while maintaining system configurations such as labor codes, organizational structures, user records, access settings, and prevailing wage data.
- Track Deltek releases, system notifications, and support cases, assessing potential operational impacts and communicating relevant updates to the Financial Systems Manager.
- Prepare and validate data import files, support employee setup and status changes, perform weekly ADP-to-Deltek timesheet validation, maintain payroll-related updates, and assist with period-end activities.
- Extract data from Deltek Vantagepoint and connected systems and produce recurring and ad hoc operational reports for Payroll, HR, Finance, and Operations stakeholders.
- Support integrations by executing defined import activities, validating results, performing point checks, tracking issues, identifying discrepancies, and conducting user acceptance testing for system enhancements.
- Develop and maintain the Deltek Operations Knowledge Base, including system procedures, troubleshooting guidance, known defects, standard operating procedures, and recurring ticket resolutions.
- Coordinate training logistics and support end-user training across Time & Expense, CRM, and Project Management modules, while assisting with system-change communications and ERP operations coordination.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve system reliability, data quality, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of hands-on professional experience using Deltek Vantagepoint or Deltek Vision.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to create clear technical documentation and support system users effectively.
- Professional proficiency with Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy, with the ability to follow established processes carefully, identify discrepancies, and escalate issues rather than make unsupported assumptions.
- A genuine interest in ERP operations, financial systems administration, and developing a long-term career in enterprise systems.
- Ability to work effectively within defined processes and recognize when an issue falls outside your training, authority, or technical scope.
- Availability to align with Pacific Daylight Time business hours during training periods when required, regardless of home location.
- Experience with ADP-to-ERP integrations, payroll data validation, UAT, system integration testing, or ticketing systems is an advantage.
- Background in engineering, infrastructure, capital projects, or architecture and engineering consulting is beneficial, particularly familiarity with project-based billing, WBS structures, and labor codes.
- Experience in multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction, or multi-currency ERP environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with prevailing wage requirements in project-based ERP environments is a plus.
- Deltek certifications or formal Deltek training are advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related discipline is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
