SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE
The Business Insights Analyst will create and analyze monthly point of sale reports and work closely with account managers to create sales presentations. The right candidate will have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and demonstrate the ability to deal with ambiguity and show flexibility.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Create andanalyzeregular monthly POS andconsumerpanel reports andpresentations to supportaccountmanagers andsales leadership team.
- Synthesize external trends with internal datain evaluating the best strategic course of action.
- Work closely withaccountmanagers to deliver insight-drivensales stories to help increase distribution and salesgrowth.
- Monitor the results ofdistribution gainsand promotional strategiesby evaluating performance in relation tocategory share and volume growth.
- Evaluatecategorytrends and become an expert on thetea andjuicecategories.
- Develop a knowledge base onmajorbrands,packs,items,flavorsat a national and regional level.
- Learn and understand theretail landscape and themajor differences amongmultioutletretail channel environments.(Food, Drug, Mass, Club,etc.)

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in business,economics, marketing,accounting, finance or related fieldor minimum 3 years of experience in Business Analytics.

- Experience with IRI or Nielsen POS data a plus
