Job Description
Your responsibilities
- Responsibility for the executive and detailed design of plants according to contractual specifications, regulations, authorization, and company directives
- Manages the project engineering team to achieve project goals and deliverables.
- Oversees communication on technical matters with customers, consortium partners, consultants, and authorities.
- Drives concurrent engineering activities in collaboration with the Discipline Engineering
- Preparation and updating of spreadsheets for design and calculations
- Responsibility for defining purchase specifications for plant components according to company standards
Qualifications
Your experiences
- Engineering degree (civil, mechanical, energy, or environmental) and minimum 3 years’ experience in the energy, renewables, or environmental technology sector.
- Strong technical expertise in energy plant design, including mechanical layouts, piping, sensors, materials, and fluid dynamics.
- Experience in interdisciplinary project teams and technical coordination of team members with different roles.
- Proficient in engineering tools (P&IDs, AutoCAD, Revit/Inventor, MS Office); strong problem-solving and decision-making skills within defined processes.
- Languages: Italian (C1+), English (B2+); strong communication and conflict resolution abilities. Additional languages are a plus.

Compensation
Basic wage component (gross): 55000 EUR/year
This amount is our minimal offered salary. Compensation is determined based on your level, skills, experience and qualifications.
