Product Operations Manager (Technical Focus)

This is a remote position.

We’re seeking a highly organized and technically fluent Technical Program Manager to support cross-functional execution across product, engineering, and operations.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong project management skills with a solid technical understanding of how digital systems work. You will not be coding, but you must be comfortable discussing APIs, backend/frontend architecture, deployments, and technical workflows with engineering teams.

This is a hands-on operational role. Beyond managing timelines and tracking deliverables, you will work directly with tools such as CMS platforms, analytics dashboards, and other digital systems to support execution.

You will play a key role in ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, aligned with product goals, and executed with operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage project timelines across cross-functional teams

• Ensure on-time delivery of product and operational initiatives

• Coordinate closely with engineering, product, and operations teams

• Translate business and product requirements into actionable execution plans

• Work directly with tools such as CMS platforms and analytics systems

• Monitor progress, identify blockers, and proactively drive solutions

• Maintain clarity and alignment across stakeholders

• Support deployment and release coordination when needed

This role goes beyond running stand ups and writing Jira tickets. It requires hands-on operational ownership.

Language Requirement: Full professional fluency in English (written and verbal) is mandatory.

Requirements

Technical Foundation

• Strong understanding of how backend and frontend systems interact

• Familiarity with APIs and how API calls function

• Understanding of deployments and environments (development, staging, production)

• Ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams

Project & Delivery Management

• Proven ability to create and manage timelines

• Experience keeping teams accountable to deadlines

• Strong organizational and execution skills

• Comfortable working with project management tools (e.g., Jira or similar)

Product & Operational Mindset

• Strong product logic and structured thinking

• Ability to understand feature scope and dependencies

• Hands-on experience with CMS platforms and/or analytics tools preferred

• Willingness to execute operational tasks directly, not purely coordinate
