Accountabilities: The Senior Full Stack Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and improving scalable digital solutions while supporting technical decisions and promoting engineering excellence. The role requires strong ownership, collaboration, and the ability to contribute across backend and frontend environments.

• Act as a technical reference for the team, supporting architecture decisions and ensuring high-quality deliveries.

• Develop backend solutions using Kotlin and Java, with occasional contributions to frontend applications using React or other modern technologies.

• Participate actively in technical discussions, proposing simple, scalable solutions focused on user experience.

• Apply engineering best practices, including code reviews, pair programming, automated testing, and continuous monitoring.

• Support incident analysis and troubleshooting by using data, metrics, and structured problem-solving approaches.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, technical documentation, and knowledge sharing across the team.

• Help maintain and evolve scalable applications following modern software development principles.

• Collaborate with product and engineering stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a senior software engineer with strong experience building scalable applications, excellent knowledge of backend development with Kotlin and Spring, and familiarity with modern frontend technologies. A strong foundation in software architecture, testing, cloud platforms, and collaborative engineering practices is essential.

• Solid professional experience with Kotlin and Spring Framework.

• Experience with frontend development, preferably using ReactJS or other modern frontend technologies.

• Strong knowledge of Clean Architecture and scalable application design.

• Experience implementing automated testing practices and understanding of the Test Pyramid.

• Knowledge of software engineering best practices, including SOLID, DRY, DDD, and Clean Code principles.

• Experience working with cloud computing platforms, preferably AWS.

• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker.

• Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks such as Vue.js or Angular is a plus.

• Experience using AI-powered tools for code generation, quality assurance, and process improvement.

Nice to have:

• Experience with event-driven architectures using Kafka, RabbitMQ, or SQS.

• Knowledge of WebFlux and reactive programming.

• Experience with functional programming concepts.

• Experience with microservices architectures and design systems.

• Background in technical refactoring and technical debt management.

• Knowledge of Kubernetes and 12-Factor Apps / Cloud Native practices.
