Everything you are looking for and more 📦
Join our Customer Care team at InPost Iberia as a Junior Data Analyst and become the bridge between raw data and business impact. Your mission: unlock the power of our data through automations that free up time for the team, dashboards that drive decisions, and a genuine curiosity to understand not just the "what" but the "why" behind every request.
What responsibilities and objectives will you have?
- Design, build and maintain automations that reduce manual work for the Customer Care team and its agents, continuously improving them to maximize efficiency.
- Automate the processing of recurring, business-critical files such as claims files, preparing them ready for review and minimizing human error.
- Handle ad-hoc data requests: pulling lists, cross-referencing sources, running validations and delivering insights that support day-to-day decision-making.
- Design, develop and maintain internal dashboards in Power BI that track KPIs and make data accessible across the team.
- Contribute to Customer Care data tables and models, ensuring alignment with the standards set by the international data team.
- Represent Customer Care Iberia in cross-functional company projects, bringing the data and operational perspective of the area to broader business initiatives.
Well, what will the requirements be?
Mandatory:
- Solid SQL and Python (PySpark) — you can write and debug queries and scripts independently.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft environment, particularly Excel, SharePoint and Power Automate.
- Experience building dashboards and reports in Power BI.
- Autonomy and problem-solving mindset: the ability to take a loosely defined brief, find a way forward and propose solutions without constant guidance.
- Genuine interest in the business context, not just the data — you ask why something is being requested and what it will be used for before diving into execution.
- Working level of English for day-to-day collaboration within an international team.
- Spanish (working level) for collaborating directly with the local Customer Care team.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with workflow automation tools such as n8n or similar platforms.
