This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Cybersecurity Client Success Manager based in United States.
This role is a strategic, client-facing position responsible for ensuring organizations realize measurable value from their cybersecurity services. You will own the client relationship across the full security lifecycle, from onboarding and operational governance through renewals, service evolution, and escalations. Working closely with SOC analysts, security engineers, threat intelligence specialists, and advisory teams, you will connect technical delivery with business outcomes. The role requires a strong understanding of cybersecurity operations alongside exceptional relationship and communication skills. You will help clients understand their security posture, risk exposure, and progress toward stronger security maturity. Success will be measured through client satisfaction, retention, value realization, and the quality of the overall security partnership.

Accountabilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact and escalation owner for assigned cybersecurity clients, building trusted relationships with client stakeholders and executives.
- Own the complete client lifecycle, including onboarding, operational governance, renewal readiness, service transitions, and decommissioning.
- Lead structured monthly and quarterly client governance meetings, ensuring clear agendas, documented outcomes, action tracking, and consistent follow-through.
- Translate cybersecurity operations into executive-ready reporting covering security trends, investigations, risk posture, service performance, and other relevant metrics.
- Demonstrate how managed security, SOC, and advisory services contribute to risk reduction, compliance readiness, and improved security maturity.
- Partner with internal teams to establish and monitor success metrics aligned with each client's business and security objectives.
- Coordinate between clients and SOC analysts, threat hunters, security engineers, advisory teams, finance, sales, and other delivery stakeholders.
- Lead client escalations with urgency and sound judgment, minimizing friction and business disruption while protecting the client experience.
- Support retention, renewal, and expansion opportunities by proactively communicating delivered value, emerging risks, and opportunities to strengthen security programs.
- Identify service gaps, operational challenges, and process improvement opportunities, contributing to cybersecurity client success playbooks, dashboards, and standard operating procedures.
- Monitor client outcomes and proactively identify opportunities to improve satisfaction, security maturity, and long-term partnership value.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in client success, service delivery, account management, project coordination, or project management within cybersecurity, managed services, IT services, or a related environment.
- Strong understanding of SOC operations, incident response, threat monitoring, and managed security service delivery models.
- Demonstrated ability to explain complex cybersecurity and technical concepts clearly to executive and non-technical audiences.
- Proven experience managing enterprise client relationships, renewals, escalations, and ongoing service delivery.
- Strong client-first mindset with excellent relationship management, communication, organization, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to operate confidently across technical and business environments while maintaining accountability for client outcomes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage sensitive escalations calmly, decisively, and professionally.
- Demonstrated commitment to integrity, accountability, continuous improvement, empathy, collaboration, and trust.
- Cybersecurity certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are a plus.
- Experience with SIEM platforms, SOC dashboards, security reporting tools, or similar cybersecurity technologies is preferred.
- Experience with managed security services such as XDR, Continuous Vulnerability Exposure Management, penetration testing, or related offerings is advantageous.
