As a Technical Service Engineer Manager here at Solstice Advanced Materials, you will be responsible for assisting HVAC/R OEMs, end users, contractors and sales personnel to promote and qualify solstice HVAC/R refrigerant options and other related products and service offerings. The group’s primary responsibility includes assisting on customer sales calls, assisting in technical field trials, answering technical questions, providing feedback to the R&D group for new product development and assisting in prototyping and field trials of new products. You will be responsible for assisting across all segments of the HVAC/R industry.
In this role, you will have impact on the sales, marketing and introduction of Solstice refrigerant offerings. You will demonstrate Solstice advanced materials technical expertise across multiple platforms.
You will report directly to our Technical Services Director, and you will work out of our Buffalo, NY or Morris Plains location.
