Salesforce System Analyst & Project Manager

abra professional services is seeking a Salesforce System Analyst & Project Manager!

Role Overview:

• Writing functional specifications / user stories and defining complex processes involving multiple interfaces with financial systems.
• Delivering effective technical and operational solutions for business requirements.
• Daily responsibilities include analyzing customer requirements, making professional architecture and implementation decisions alongside relevant stakeholders, and leading the end-to-end design process through to delivery.
• Managing and leading projects/tasks across the entire project lifecycle.
• Coordinating and managing cross-functional interfaces with both internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Ensuring deliverable quality and alignment with core business requirements.
• A challenging role in a dynamic, high-tech environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Systems Analysis – Must
• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Systems Analyst within enterprise-scale organizations – Must
• 4+ years of experience in Project Management – Must
• Experience in systems analysis within financial institutions / financial enterprise environments – Advantage
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, user management, permission sets/roles, and Flows – Advantage
• Familiarity with call center, branch, and back-office operational processes – Advantage
• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field – Advantage
• Proven experience managing multiple interfaces, cross-functional teams, and client-facing communication – Advantage
