Functional Skills

• Deep understanding of lending business processes and loan lifecycle.

• Expertise in requirement elicitation and documentation.

• Strong knowledge of loan origination and loan servicing systems.

• Experience working with credit decisioning and underwriting processes.

• Strong process modeling and business process reengineering capabilities.

Technical Skills

• Agile/Scrum methodology experience.

• User Story creation and backlog management.

• Knowledge of APIs, system integrations, and data mapping.

• SQL and data analysis skills.

• Experience with tools such as:

• JIRA

• Confluence

• Azure DevOps

• Visio

• Microsoft Office Suite

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
