Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, reporting, and governance of complex projects and programs. The successful candidate will manage integrated plans, track cross-stream dependencies, maintain governance artifacts, and provide accurate reporting to support project delivery and decision-making.
This role works closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, release leads, and project leadership to ensure effective coordination, risk management, and successful execution of project objectives.
Responsibilities
- Maintain integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, and delivery timelines across multiple workstreams.
- Identify, document, track, and support the resolution of cross-stream dependencies through the program dependency register.
- Perform dependency mapping and critical path analysis to identify schedule risks and support proactive issue resolution.
- Facilitate stakeholder discussions to resolve dependencies, risks, issues, and delivery challenges.
- Support the development and maintenance of project plans, work breakdown structures, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagements, ensuring actions and decisions are documented and tracked.
- Maintain project governance artifacts, including status reports, RAID logs, and decision registers.
- Collect, validate, and consolidate inputs from project teams to produce accurate and timely reporting for leadership and governance forums.
- Monitor project risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, and decisions, supporting mitigation and escalation activities as required.
- Prepare dashboards, executive reporting materials, meeting minutes, and governance documentation.
- Collaborate with business, technical, and vendor teams to track deliverables and support successful project execution.
Requirements
- Experience with Microsoft Project for developing and maintaining project schedules, integrated plans, milestones, and dependencies.
- Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for tracking work, delivery progress, dependencies, and project activities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and PowerPoint
- Advanced proficiency in Excel for project tracking, reporting, analysis, and status management.
- Experience producing status reports, including gathering and consolidating information from multiple teams into clear and concise reporting packages.
- Experience managing RAID logs, including tracking risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, actions, and owners.
- Experience maintaining decision registers, ensuring decisions are documented, communicated, and tracked to completion.
- Experience with dependency identification and mapping, including managing impacts across multiple workstreams.
- Experience maintaining integrated project plans and coordinating inputs from multiple stakeholders and delivery teams.
- Experience performing critical path analysis to identify and communicate schedule risks.
- Strong stakeholder facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to support cross-functional collaboration and dependency resolution.
