Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale web applications using Angular 18+.
• Implement reusable, modular, and maintainable front-end components and libraries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
• Perform detailed debugging and root-cause analysis for complex UI and integration issues.
• Ensure high-quality software delivery through comprehensive testing and automation practices.
• Participate actively in architecture discussions, code reviews, design reviews, and technical mentoring.
• Drive front-end performance optimization, accessibility, security, and maintainability initiatives.
• Collaborate with backend teams to design and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and quality engineering practices.
• Produce clear technical documentation and support knowledge-sharing within the team.

Required Technical Skills

Front-End Development

• Strong hands-on experience with Angular 18+
• Advanced proficiency in:• TypeScript
• JavaScript (ES6+)
• HTML5
• CSS3 / SCSS
• RxJS
• Angular Signals
• Reactive Forms
• State Management concepts

Debugging & Troubleshooting

• Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to analyse and resolve:• UI performance issues
• Memory leaks
• Browser compatibility issues
• API integration problems
• Complex production defects

Testing & Quality Engineering

Strong experience in:

Unit Testing

• Jasmine
• Karma

Component Testing

• Angular Component Testing frameworks
• Test isolation and mocking strategies

End-to-End / System Testing

• Cypress
• Protractor

Must be able to:

• Design comprehensive test strategies
• Create automated regression suites
• Improve code coverage and maintainability
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines

BDD (Behaviour Driven Development)

Hands-on experience with:

• Cucumber
• Gherkin
• BDD frameworks and methodologies

Ability to:

• Write feature files
• Define acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with Product Owners and QA teams using BDD practices
