Responsibilities
- Interface with CEM team, CES team to improve to identify the worst performance area (Cells), prepare the improvement action and follow-up
- Improve customer experience by customer complaint management
- Forecast traffic growth, predict user demand, and design network architecture for RAN
- Conduct geographical and site surveys to determine the best locations for Sites deployment
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze drive test or traffic data, and identify bottlenecks like dropped calls, high latency, or low data throughput. Provide technical guidance and oversight to Managed Services teams, ensuring the timely identification and resolution of network issues
- Drive long-term network evolution through strategic upgrade planning, technology assessment, and scalability initiatives to support emerging technologies and growing traffic demands.
- Regular (Daily, Weekly, Monthly and quarterly) Reporting with Technology, Business, MTN group, ARCEP and other stakeholders
- Perform Regular drive (SSV, Benchmarking, Audit….), post-trait the logs and product the drive test report with recommendation
Interface with MTN Business, RACA and ARCEP as technical support for devices strategy selection and compliance.
Qualifications
Education:
- Degree level or Diploma in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering
- Relevant network professional certifications
Work Experience:
- Three-years relevant experience in Planning, Optimisation, Reporting, Field
- investigation & Discovery, Asset Enterprise (TEOCO Planning tool).
- Proficiency in analysis of Network performance statistics.
- Good analytical skills
- Strong Understanding of GSM Radio Access Network Functionality and Traffic Cases.
- Strong knowledge of Radio Network performance analysis, optimization or planning.
- Principles and procedures for drive testing & analysis of drive test data for optimization.
Good language skills, ability to read and understand, prepare documents, presentations and reports in both French & English
