This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an IT QA Analyst (Mid-level) based in Brazil.

We are seeking an IT QA Analyst (Mid-level) to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of software solutions within a global technology environment. In this role, you will design, execute, and maintain testing strategies while collaborating with developers, QA teams, and international stakeholders. You will contribute to delivering high-quality products by identifying issues, improving testing processes, and supporting continuous quality improvements. The position combines technical expertise, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills in an agile and collaborative setting. You will have the opportunity to work with diverse teams, modern QA practices, and global projects. Accountabilities:

  • Analyze business and technical requirements to understand project needs and define appropriate testing approaches.
  • Create, maintain, and execute test plans, test scenarios, and test cases, including manual and automated testing activities.
  • Prepare test environments and data to ensure execution readiness and reliable validation processes.
  • Perform functional, regression, and integration testing while documenting results and tracking progress.
  • Identify, report, and monitor defects, collaborating closely with development and project teams to support resolution.
  • Provide regular updates regarding testing progress, risks, issues, and release readiness.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes and software release activities.
  • Collaborate with international teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders across multiple systems.
  • Contribute to the improvement, standardization, and automation of QA processes and practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2–4 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, preferably in agile and international environments.
  • Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, QA best practices, and quality assurance processes.
  • Experience working with SQL for data validation and analysis.
  • Experience using test management and defect tracking tools.
  • Basic to intermediate experience with test automation frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage priorities with moderate supervision.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken, are mandatory.
