We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join The Agency at Accent Group and help bring our brands to life across every touchpoint.

This is a hands-on creative role with a leadership focus. You’ll work across a mix of brand, campaign, retail, print and digital, while supporting and mentoring a team of designers and helping keep creative standards high across the group.

From big campaign concepts through to finished artwork, you’ll work closely with our Marketing, Digital, Brand and other internal teams to deliver creative that’s on-brand, considered and gets noticed.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Develop and deliver creative concepts and campaigns across print, digital, retail, social and advertising.
  • Manage creative briefs from initial concept through to finished artwork, ensuring work is delivered on time and to a high standard.
  • Lead, mentor and support the design team, encouraging collaboration and strong creative thinking.
  • Review and oversee outgoing artwork to ensure accuracy and consistency across each brand.
  • Work with brand teams to develop and maintain brand identities, guidelines, templates and visual assets.
  • Create retail collateral including window posters, catalogues, POS, decals and strut cards.
  • Design digital assets across email, websites, landing pages, social media, banners and digital advertising.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand briefs and deliver creative solutions that support wider campaign and business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve creative workflows, processes and ways of working across the team.
  • Keep across new design trends, technology and developments across digital and print.

ABOUT YOU

  • Degree qualified in Graphic Design or equivalent, with proven experience in a retail, in-house or creative agency environment.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating experience across brand, print, digital and campaign design.
  • Advanced skills across layout, typography and visual design, with a strong eye for detail.
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms including web, mobile and social.
  • Solid knowledge of print production and preparing artwork for print.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities and tight deadlines.
  • A confident communicator who can build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
  • Comfortable providing creative direction, feedback and mentoring to other designers.
  • Proactive, collaborative and commercially minded, with the ability to work autonomously from brief through to execution.
