Salary range (but not limited to):

101,800 - 124,400

Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

Nous recherchons un(e) Développeur (se) logiciel principal (e) Java Dorsales (back-end) qui a aussi de l’expérience dans les tests automatisés pour rejoindre notre équipe en pleine expansion !

Ce que vous accomplirez chez nous :

  • Améliorer et développer des systèmes logiciels Java dans le groupe de Gestion Documentaire qui répondent aux besoins des utilisateurs par l’apport de solutions, la résolution de problèmes complexes, le développement de code, les tests, le débogage et la documentation des systèmes.
  • Participer aux activités de soutien à la production, en résolvant les problèmes de production, les goulets d'étranglement en matière de performance et en identifiant les solutions pour y remédier.
  • Diriger (analyse/conception/réalisation) une initiative impliquant une petite équipe de développement.
  • Participer à toutes les phases du projet afin d’en assurer la réalisation en collaborant avec les utilisateurs et en communiquant les rapports d’avancement.
  • Soutenir l’équipe durant les phases d’une livraison, y compris les tests et la période de garantie d’une livraison.
  • Faire des recommandations et participer à l’amélioration des processus de développement et de maintenance des systèmes.
  • Travailler de manière autonome.

Ce que vous mettrez à profit :

  • Baccalauréat en informatique, en génie logiciel ou toute combinaison de formation et d'expérience équivalente.
  • 8 ans d’expérience dans la conception et le développement de logiciels.
  • Connaissance de l’architecture orientée service et des divers niveaux d'API (SAPI, PAPI, XAPI, etc.).
  • Grande expérience en intégration de services dans divers environnements (Dev, UAT, Production) en respectant les meilleures pratiques de DevSecOps.
  • Minimum de 5 à 8 ans d'expérience en Java, Framework Spring et Services REST.
  • Expérience de développement dans une architecture événementielle. (Kafka)
  • Connaissances en développement de tests automatisés dans des technologies telles que Cucumber, Testcontainers et Wiremock.
  • Connaissances des outils DevOps (Git, Jenkins, etc.)
  • Expérience en développement Agile/Scrum en ingénierie logicielle.
  • Bonne connaissance des principaux outils d’IA et la capacité de les utiliser efficacement dans le cycle de développement (conception, implémentation, tests et déploiement).
  • La connaissance d’Angular est un atout qui sera considéré.
  • Aucune expérience de travail au Canada n'est requise, mais vous devez être admissible à travailler au Canada.
  • Bilinguisme (Français / Anglais) – Nécessité d’interagir sur une base régulière avec des collègues partout au pays.
