The opportunity:
The Power BI Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality dashboards, semantic models, and analytical solutions that support data-
driven decision-making across Strategic Marketing, Sales Operations, Finance, Service, and other
business functions. The role transforms complex enterprise data, including SAP HANA data, into clear
and actionable insights while ensuring performance, accuracy, security, governance, and
documentation standards
How you’ll make an impact:
- To develop complex applications with Microsoft power Apps, Power Automate using
- SharePoint / Dataverse or SQL as backend.
- Propose and guide team to establish App’s data storage and retrieval in Enterprise
- data platform (using data lake, data bricks)
- Connect with business to gather requirement and set priorities for development.
- Connect with subject matter experts to understand the business processes.
- Organize the change requests in a structured manner with excellent traceability.
- Convert the business requirements into process flow chart.
- Shall work independently in developing Power App Applications.
- To conduct periodic design review meetings to ensure the development is
- progressing as per agreed timeline.
- Follow up with business to ensure required input is received on time.
- Support business users during user acceptance test and ensure.
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems,
- Engineering, Statistics, or related discipline.
- Proven hands-on experience with Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service in enterprise
- reporting environments.
- Strong expertise in DAX, Power Query, data modeling, KPI design, visualization standards,
- and report performance optimization.
- Hands-on experience analyzing SAP data for MM, PIR, Customer and Pricing, Finance
- Master Data, and Costing, including relevant master and transactional data relationships.
- Strong SQL skills for extraction, validation, reconciliation, troubleshooting, and analytical
- data preparation.
- Practical data-analyst experience, including data profiling, cleansing, exploratory analysis,
- trend and variance analysis, root-cause investigation, and insight communication.
- Experience integrating the specified SAP module data with Power BI and approved
- supporting sources such as Excel, SharePoint, and SQL databases.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable analytical solutions and explain
- insights to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of data governance, role-based access, row-level security, data quality,
- documentation, and controlled deployment practices.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, stakeholder communication, and fluency in
- written and spoken English
